Laurie Young

We will shake and laugh. We will do tongue twisters for the body and brain. We will use these seemingly simple tasks to surpass our body habits and explore new and ever changing states, all in a spirit of mindfulness and sharing.

I had the pleasure to be a part of The Corner last year and I’m excited to see how it continues to grow. It really is a unique residency in a beautiful part of the world. Laurie Young
